My inspiration for these pieces

… the underlying intricacy of a deceptively simple and beautiful birds nest.  

Hand blown glass bowl featuring multiple alternating layers of clear glass wrapped with intertwined dual colour trails creating a 3-dimensional depth.  Each bowl is formed from a minimum of 6 layers of glass to form a heavy satisfying form.
